At The Side by Side Collective, our vision is to create opportunities for training and development to those with disability that are otherwise unavailable. We offer individualised training programs to fit participants needs, end goals, and interests. We support them with check ins throughout the program as well as finding paid employment once their training is completed.
Do you find that you struggle to feel motivated to sit down and work, have a to-do list that feels overwhelming, have essays or a creative project to work on, and/or work better when you’re not alone? If so, join our facilitated coworking space at The Side by Side Collective Community Hub on Wednesdays from 10am-12:00pm. The space is facilitated by experienced facilitator Anna Brooks. Sessions are just $10 for a a casual drop in.
Have fun in a neuroaffirming environment while building social connections and developing skills through supported special interest activities. Join the Umbrella Club on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays from 4-5:30pm and practice working through frustration and emotional regulation. NDIS can be used for eligible participants.
No art experience is required to come and stimulate and relax your brain in a fun, playful, and effective way with Kathrine, an accredited Brain Gym Instructor and Trainer. Class space limited, covered under NDIS, and is offered Mondays 11-12:30 for carers, parents and professionals; Mondays 1:30-2:45 for Adults and NDIS; Mondays 4-5pm for children.
